3.3 Refund Policy

If a lead does not respond within the guaranteed timeframe for your pricing tier, no charge will be applied. For leads that do not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, we will provide replacement leads at no additional cost.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely follow-up with provided leads and maintaining professional communication standards that reflect positively on both parties.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due and payable.

10.2 Termination by EclipseVyr

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if clients violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or use our services for illegal purposes.

11. Modifications to Terms

EclipseVyr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
